The Gold Coast is located on the Eastern seaboard of Australia just 80km south of the City of Brisbane. Gold Coast is widely acknowledged as Australia's premier holiday destination where you can enjoy its wealth of attraction from a relaxing retreat or an action packed family holiday at the theme parks or other action stations.
There is a lot of interesting place to visit i.e Seaworld. The much anticipated Sea World Eye, is now open. The structure sits an impressive 60 metres high over Sea World and offers sweeping views of the scenic Gold Coast area, including unparalleled views across the Broadwater.
Gold Coast Accomodation is cheap if you know where to look but if you prefer to stay in style, the choose Palazzo Versace, the world's only Versace Hotel. But I think, Hotels in Brisbane is much cheaper than in Gold coast but the traveling time can be a factor. Brisbane Accomodation may be cheap, but 80km is a long way.
With AirAsia flying to Gold Coast, it is even cheaper to go there for a holiday.
